quick-help:

LFO Device can be reset to a phase different than the initial by simply using it with a command value different than 00! Example: putting 3680 in the command column resets (6) the LF Odevice in the 3rd place (3) of the DSP chain by putting it at the middle of its period (80h = FF/2) (Also see XYzz)
