XYzz → Controlling DSP / VST effects
XYzz → Controlling DSP / VST effectsXYzz - Send zz (00 - ff) value to parameter Y (0 - e) of vst/dsp effect number X (0 - e) in the effect rack of the Track Dsp’s. To turn on or off an effect, send value F as Y parameter:
- xF00 → Turn effect x off;
- xF01 → Turn effect x on.
You can send commands to your DSP, your VST or your Meta devices that you can drag into your track-effect rack at the bottom of your application. You can change four effect sliders at the same time through the effect column.
You can have more power however using the automation device, though sometimes effect-column commands can apply a smoother transition between steps.
If you don’t know what value a slider currently has, right-click upon the slider and the exact value of the current slider’s position will be set into the track’s effectcolumn.
