Note Delay
A note-delay enables the opportunity to make the note play at a later point than when the current
row is being set to play, yet the note will play earlier before the next row is being played.
Each line is devided into ticks. To make a note start 1 tick later, you set the delay-factor to 1. To make it start 2 or 3 ticks later, you set the delay factor respectively to 2 and 3.
You can do this either by adding an effect-command (0D0x) in the effect column (global to the whole
track) or a delay command (DX) in the panning-column (local to the subtrack)
The value for the delay command in the effect column ranges from 0 to 13 (20 values). The value in the panning column ranges from 0 to F (16 values).
The current speed and bpm affect the maximum delay value you can use. The quicker the songspeed / bpm, the lower the delay-value you can use.
