You can contact us in a direct manner if you obtain serious problems with Renoise: login to the backstage area and select the Support link on the left menu.

For bug reports, go to the Bug report section on our forums (both beta and stable editions) or you can send an email (stable edition reports only) to bug@ (see email rules below Other means of contact).
General and starter support can also be gained upon our forums if this documentation won’t answer your questions. Also suggestions and feedback upon Renoise is welcome at our community forums. Note that input on our forums will be used to update and improve the documentation.
